C6250 cannot lock upstream
Hello the amazing community
My internet went down about 2 hrs ago, upstream channel LED blinking, called xfinity service they said the can see the modem online. Multiple power cycle/plug unplug attempts did not help.
Looking into the cable connection page it shows only one downstream channel is locked at -0.1dBmV power and 41.4dB SNR while no Upstream channel is locked power was 27.3 dBmV, as shown in the attached image.
Does this mean I have a line issue or is it on the modem? Would you advise my next step?

Power 53dBmV do you have a screen snip of the cable connection page and the logs?
That helps.If you have any splitters, amplifiers, or attenuators in line, remove them.
