cannot find wireless repeating function in my D1500's console settings

I am trying to enable the wireless repeating function on my D1500 router. As per the instructions there should be an option called "Wireless Repeating Function"

Weirdly i the option showed up after downgrading to the firmware version: D1500_V1.0.0.15 and it works perfectly :smileyhappy:
Not sure why it was removed in the newer versions.

"As per" which "the instructions"? I see it in a picture in the User
Manual, but not in the text. I'd guess bad documentation (and/or
firmware changes over time).
My D7000 (V1.0.1.64_1.0.1) doesn't have it, either, but that agrees
with its docs.

I have attached a screenshot of the console.
I read about the function in the online FAQ at https://kb.netgear.com/26900/D1500-FAQ-s (section Can D1500 act as a repeater?)
That all looks reasonable, unless you expect reality to agree with
the documentation. Have you tried the official Netgear support
