Can't Get Gigabit Speeds on my WNDR3700v4 Router

I've been having issues with the WNDR3700v4 router we're when I connect my Cat6 cable to any port, then to my PC (That is capable of 1gb/s speeds) I only get 100mb/s speeds, and the router has the am...

    I'm not sure what else to suggest.  One of the 3 is true:

    1. The cable(s) are defective
    2. The PC's NIC is defective or is not Gigabit speed
    3. The WNDR3700v4 is defective

    If you are absolutely certain that 1 and 2 are ruled out, then that leaves 3.
