Can't get proper help.

I need help. I do not have premium support, so how do I contact support? The damn web site keeps going in circles to the main page.  Router is dead all lights are black. I need a replacement and Can'...

    Hi Zaphod86,

     

    1. Have you tried using another power outlet?

    2. Have you tried using another power adapter with the same specifications?

    3. If the router powers up after trying either of the previous steps, please check if you are still able to ping the router.
