CM500 Not Locked Chanels

Your power levels are way out of spec and some aren't locking.
You should be between -7.5 dbmv to 7.5 dbmv. You're way under that. Plus you have a lot of errors in the channels that are locked.
Check the line for splitters or attenuators and remove them.
check the line for kinks, damage, old/bad/corroded ends and replace them if you do.
If possible, move the modem to right where the coax comes into the home to prevent wiring in the home from being the issue.
Then try it.
If you still have issue, your isp will nee dto check the line.

Sorry to the late response but we are not using any splitters or Attenuators and it is directly plugged into the Coax cable coming into the house from the wall. we have never used any splitters or anything and this randomly happened. I checked the Coax cable connected to the modem and there are no rips tears or problems with the cable so i assume the problem is with the line to the house? we have Xfinity as our ISP.
