It finally started working. I added a few more options to the config file manually and it finally connected.

Try to assign a static IP by using the Address Reservation feature on the router.

This is what my config file looks like. It finally worked but still seems to disconnect eventually. With APPAUTOTIME=0 its supposed to stay connected and not drop. I've tried setting the value to the max number and it still eventually disconnects when idle

Have you tried using the SD Card to a different wifi network?
