Customer service not good

I’m having a problem with the customer service they start ok but half way they stop answering but I keep on hearing dogs barking cars passing and yesterday and today I waited almost 1 hour didn’t get any result . What time should I call to have local American customer service person

    How are you getting a hold of support? 

    To get a hold of support. Click on "MyNetgear" at the top.
    Register an account (or login) and then the device.
    From there you can start the support process. Keep in mind that its only free for the first 90 days.

     

    A lot of people google for a support number and get scam/con sites. I just want to confirm you're calling a legit number.

    You can't call.

     

    As plemans says, if you rang a number you got from a web search, it wasn't Netgear.
