D6400 firmware upgrades fails
Have tried upgrading to D6400-V1.0.0.88_1.0.88.chk via the router and via my mac from a dowloaded file. It seems to download but the little blue picture keeps on turning and it never finishes. Works OK when I exit the router but its still on V1.0.0.86
Why does it not go through. Have tried several times

That tells me nothing. What, exactly, did you do?

Presumably, if you got that file, then you also got the Release Notes
file, which points to the D6400 User Manual. Look for "Manually Upload
New Firmware and Update the Modem Router"?
