D7000 nighthawk parental controls

Hello,

I have the genie app on my iphone and mac.

I am having trouble navigating parental controls. Specifically I would like to block Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat etc. etc off my 11 year old daughters phone. I have managed to block it on the laptop but for some reason it doesn't block it on her phone.

Also when I block the apps I block myself out of them too. So I am not sure how to get the bypass account working correctly...

Are there any ways of blocking the use of apps on kids phones?

    LPC (Live Parental Controls) are tested to work on browsers and may not work with mobile apps. Here is a link for an overview on how to setup LPC.

      Mr Dexter. Please help. My Netgear Model # is R7300 purchased in late 2016. It was working fine and have several firmware upgrades with no problems but this latest one Version V 1.0.0.62 has messed up. I tried reinstalling it and nothing works. it times out. How do I downgrade or re-install my old one.
