delayed wireless access
Ok, this is a weird issue, not something I've seen before. All my wireless devices (three android phones [one S5 and two S7s] and a Tab4 tablet) show this same issue. It will show a wireless connection but when you try to access the internet the connection will hang for about 30-60 seconds then start working. It will continue to work unless you let it sit for about a minute then it does the hang again. This only happens on the wireless, my wired connections work just fine (four pc's, one on win7 the rest on win10). I already have the most up to date firmware (1.0.1.14). I know of no other settings that would cause this issue and google search hasn't pulled up another issue like this. Any idea's?
I just said screw it and bought a new router. Got the Netgear R6300v2. Since I work for my ISP I got it at a good discount. The difference has been incredible. My wireless speeds are no different than my wired speeds in all areas of my house.

The symptom you describe, sounds like DFS (Dynamic Frequency Selection). Try selecting a higher 5 ghz channel, and re-test.

This happens on both 2.4 ghz and 5 ghz networks.

Try another FW version, did this just start happening? If new router return it or contact support.
