Does the R6220 support Dynamic QOS?

I want to be able to monitor per device network usage and have enabled QOS, but don't see a per-device breakdown. Does the R6220 support dynamic QOS and device level monitoring?

    Per device monitoring is not supported by the R6220. Overall bandwidth usage is available via the Traffic Meter feature.
