Enable telnet WNDR4300 in Windows 10

Old Telnet activation methods don't work in Windows 10!
Please, give verified and step-by-step recommendations for Windows 10, if anyone succeeded.
Thank you very much

       Firmware version?

    > Old Telnet activation methods don't work in Windows 10!

       _Which_ "Old Telnet activation methods"?

"not work" is not a useful problem description.  It does not say what
you did.  It does not say what happened when you did it.  As usual,
showing actual actions (commands) with their actual results (error
messages, LED indicators, ...) can be more helpful than vague
    descriptions or interpretations.

What led you to believe that Windows 10 is related to this particular
(unspecified) "don't work"?  I'm unaware of any fundamental problems
with this functionality related to Windows 10.  Around here ("Version
    20H2 OS Build 19042.985", D7000[v1], V1.0.1.78_1.0.1), for example:

          C:\xxx\nte-05_src>nte n=dsl m=B0:7F:B9:xx:xx:xx u=admin p=password
nte: Received ACK message.  Telnet access should be enabled.

Whether anything works on your device with your firmware version is
unknown to me.  On the R7000, for example:

You mean the way you described the failure(s)?

Do you mean you want to enable Telnet on Windows 10?

    • Go to Windows Start and search for “Control Panel” then click on “Programs” Open
    • Turn Windows features on or off.

If that isn't what you have in mind, then a more detailed explanation of what you mean might help.

You don't say what you want to do with the the WNDR4300, but don't expect a lot with this ageing (2015) basic router.
