Firmware update issue and iPhone

I completed  The firmware update, and the subsequent factory reset. Now, on my iPhone 7 with iOS 11 I am continually asked to insert username and password to access any Internet site nor can I use apps that require internet access. The iPad and computers simply cannot make a secure connection. How do I fix this?

    1. What is the firmware version of the router?

    2. Does the issue persist on your wired devices?

    3. Please try disconnecting all your wireless devices from the network then go through the reset process and reconfigure the router with a single wired computer. Reconnect the devices one by one and check if the issue persists.
