Firmware update R6400
It does not let me do the firmware update On the Netgear nighthawk app It says it does it but it goes back and it has the same version I don’t know what to do

have you tried manually doing it with a pc?

what version are you currently on?
- V1.0.1.76 It tells me that it’s updating but I’ll go back it says The software was updated successfully but it goes back to the same thing
did you try the manual update with a pc/laptop?
