Genie App and security help!!

Please help!  I bought the router for my apartment, it is registered under my name and I want to use the genie app to control the wifi. I think one roommate has connected to the genie app and is mess...

    Hi EmmyAnn,

     

    You can change the router admin password while keeping the current WiFi password. The router admin password is required to login via the Genie app and make changes to the the router settings. The link below may help out.
