Ghost Router

When I check my network I get neighbor's routers. Most are weak signals. But I always get, as #2 a router with a signal that matches my r7000. Also, its name starts with "NETGEAR98-arlo" and I have...

    Thanks all for the replies and suggestions. After some further exploration I learned what the cause was. It seems Netgear thinks it's a good idea to "enable" Arlo for prior customers of their products. I found a way to disenable it and the arlo registration has disappeared. I must say, it seems overly pushy and promotional to do this without an explanation or prior consent of the user. I wasted a lot of time over it as well as concern as to its cause.
