HELP Internet Connection not working on 2 different Netgear routers!!
First let me just say that your Tech Support on the phone is absolute **bleep**. 90 freaking dollars for 6 months of support when I am only needing help this one time in 6 months? You guys are outrag...

Netgear support certainly leaves a lot to be desired but it is not "our" Tech Support. This place is mostly user-to-user with some input from a small band of overworked Netgear people who have also been known to be upset by the company's telephone support system.
Provide the information that TheEther asked for and you might get better support here than on the phone.
