How do I upload Proof of Purchase

How do I get the support that's in my warrenty...My account shows all X's for my support choices.  I cannot upload Proof of Purchase b/c the choice does not do anything.  Please fix this problem and allow me to have support for my new product.  This really makes me wonder about the product.  I purchased an AC1600 Router 6260. 

  • You have to email Netgear the Proof of Purchase...you cannot upload it.  Email it to customer.service@netgear.com.  Once they receive it you will receive an email with your warranty info.

           Which "the choice" does what, exactly?  What, exactly, are you doing
        where?

           On my "My Products" page, if I click on a model/serial number in the
        "Product" list, I get a "Product Warranty Information" pop-up window for
        that device.  On that pop-up, when I click on "Upload proof of
        purchase", I see a form where I can "Browse..." for and "Submit" an
        image file ("Max file size 5MB, allowed file types - PDF, PNG, JPG,
        BMP").  (Presumably, I would have scanned/imaged the receipt somehow,
        and saved the resulting file somewhere before doing any of this.)

           Are pop-ups disabled in your browser?  Have you tried another
        browser?

           I had no particular trouble uploading one of mine using such a form
        some time ago.
