how to stop unwanted user using genie app (My router - jnr1010v2)

Hi I am usng jnr1010v2 router and myFirmware VersionV1.1.0.32_1.0.1, and i am sung winows 10

i installed genie app in my android mobile and desktop also. I saw an youtube video toping an unwanted user simply by touching the network map tab and selecting the unwanted user. 

I tried to stop an unwanted user from my genies app (using network map tab) but i am unable to do that. I want to know why. 

how to stop an unwanted user.

      but I want to know whether I can stop a user currently browing my wifi with the use of genie app network map.

        Already mentioned. Change your wireless passphrase.  Sounds like your wireless has wide open door for intruders.
