      What NG product are you needing help on? 

      Is this a router, modem? Picture display? 

      There are gentlemen in this forum that are around 20 years my senior. đŸ˜‰

        Its a router model R6250 and it is out of warranty.

        I don't often use the old lady card but technology scares me.
