I can not log in to my router it will not allow me to log in. it does not recognize my log in or ans

   If the expected credentials don't work, and the default values
("admin" and "password") also don't work, then the usual suggestion is
to do a full ("factory") reset, and then reconfigure the router.

   Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look
for Documentation.  The User Manual should explain the procedure.
