my friend wants me to solve a problem with low signal. She recommended to log in to router, but I can't. please suggest me.
It said you are not connected to your router's wifi network.

Hi,
Lack of any details of your router, or what you have already tired - check these:Why can’t I access routerlogin.com or routerlogin.net?
If you cannot login to your router
How do I locate my router’s IP address?
Regards,
-Kurt
The usual destinations are:
http://www.routerlogin.com/
and
http://www.routerlogin.net
If they don't work, then the IP address might be an option. Here the usual suspects are:
http://192.168.0.1
or
http://192.168.1.1And if this really is a router, what modem is it attached to?
