Hi Have attached my new Icy Box today but my WNDR-3700 v2 does not recignize it. Why is that? I have one WD 4 TB Red series NAS drive inside. Nothing happens, i have restarted it, the computer.. what to do? Torbjörn

Hi I got an answer from the manufactor of Icy Box and they told me that it can't be connected to anything else than a PC or Mac since it needs some drivers or software to operate. Thanks for you reply though Torbjörn

Welcome to the community!

You may want to try using a different HDD or a thumb drive to be connected to the WNDR3700v2. What's the firmware installed on your router? Do you get a led light on when you connect your Icy Box to the router? Check also this known compatibility list.
