1. What is the firmware version of the router?
2. Please do a factory reset after updating the router's firmware. Check the link below for the steps.

3. Try changing the Ethernet cable that is connecting the modem to the router.
4. You can also try doing a loop back test to check if the LAN/WAN ports are working. Check the link below for the steps.

Two days in a row, when I turned my ethernet connected PC on, the internet would drop completely from the router.
A few days have gone by, and the internet has not dropped anywhere.
