Internet light is amber

As the title says, the internet icon is shining in amber, I have no internet. I've read that you're supposed to restart your modem and so on, but I don't have a modem. The cable runs directly from the wall in to the router. It has worked fine for 5 years but then we had a power outage 3 days ago. It hasn't worked since. I've tried doing a factory reset too.

 

I'll be very happy if someone could help!
