Latest frimware for R6400 V1.0.1.34_1.0.24

After installing latest firmware (V1.0.1.34_1.0.24) on Jan 13, I am no longer able to access readyshare via USB 3.0. It was previosuly intermittent until the last firmware update remedied that issue. Win10 Pro x64 V1709

 

Any insights would be appreciated. Thanks

    1. Please make sure that a factory reset is done after the firmware update.

    2. Does the USB 3.0 LED light up?

    3. Does the issue persist when the storage is connected to the USB 2.0 port?

    4. Does the storage device appear on the router UI?

    5. Have you tried using another storage device?

      I had not reset the router to factory settings because neither the UM or release notes addressed that item. After resetting the router, setting it up and restoring previous settings from a backup, everything relative to readyshare is working as it should be.

        I have returned!

        New firmware V1.0.1.36_1.0.25 installed. Exact same issue of USB 3.0 Readyshare not being recognized. However this time I did a factory reset which cured the anomaly last time. Also rebooted the router  post reset following import of cfg file.

         

        Multiple attempts at the USB 3.0 port resulted in no indicator light on device,  not did it apear in the Netgear Genie UI.

         

        Install in USB 2.0 and both light and NG UI were positive and device is working.

         

        This device had been working in USB 3.0 continuously since previous firmware update.

         

        Any thoughts/suggestionms/magic would be once again appreciated!.
