Locked out of router

I wanted to get into router and change the passwork my visaters have to enter to access Wi-Fi but can't remember login and passwork to my Wireless-N 150 Router Model WNR1000v2. Whats my options? Thanks

    I was reading somewhere in this community about finding out what my Default Gateway is. So I typed in ipconfig and went to promp command and seen where it said my "IPv4 default gateway was  on first line fe80::3246:9aff:fell:6d45%11 and then on second line 192.168.1.1" is this a normal setting two lines? On the IPV4 adress was 192.168.1.5.

    Is any of this helpfull in getting me into my router page? Thanks
