After exchanging my router, one of my wifi extenders is working fine.. I didn't even had to change passwords.. However my 2nd extender will not connect to the router even though it is 2 feet away. I have reset it back to the factory settinfgs with no sucess..I am trying to use the wps system..The wps lite will blink then come on solid for a minute then go out...Any suggestions??

Try setting it up using the installation assistant and not wps.
