MY NONWORKING ROUTER

MY ROUTER MYSTERIOUSLY STOPPED WORKING AND NOW THEY TELL ME I NEED TO BY SUPPORT FOR THEM TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM.  MAKES NO SENSE, I BOUGHT A PRODUCT AND IT SHOULD WORK REGARDLESS OF THEIR SUPPORT. ANYONE ELSE HAVE THIS PROBLEM AND HOW DO I GET MY ROUTER TO WORK WITHOUT PAYING THEM MORE MONEY FOR A PRODUCT THAT SHOULD WORK

    IF YOU REGISTERED IT GO TO MYNETGEAR.COM AND CHOOSE REPLACE MY DEFECTIVE DEVICE.
