Need time restrictions in parental controls

Hi dugnsarah,
The Parental Controls feature will allow you to set filtering level on the connected devices on the network and does not cut off the Internet connection. You can check the links below for an overview of some of the features of LPC (Live Parental Controls).

However, if you want to cut off the Internet access on the connected devices, you can use the Access Control feature either via the router's UI or through the NETGEAR Genie app. You can check the links and steps below:

1. Install the latest version using the link below:

2. Open the program/app
3. Select Network Map
4. Login using the router's credentials (default: username is admin password is password)
5. Check the box "Turn On Access Control"
6. Select the device that you want to block
7. Click on "Block"
