NetGear AC1200 WIFI Cable modem RouterModel # C6220Router is on&nbsp;Firmware Version&nbsp;V1.02.11ISP - Xfinity&nbsp;Ethernet connection speed test 89mbpsWIFI connection speed test 4.94 Mbps&nbsp;My wifi speed has been extremely slow for about a week.&nbsp; It was running at 40-45 mbps but then it started to drop intermittently. Now it stays at the low range both 2.4 and 5 GHZ. I have the router upstairs in my office and everything was running fine until about a week ago. I usually have 5 devices connected, one wired and the rest on wifi.&nbsp; I have had to recycle the power several times and sometimes the wifi will speed up. The wired speed stays consistent.&nbsp; To eliminate possible interference, I tested my wifi on my smartphone while sitting next to the router and only reached 4.94 mbps.&nbsp; Sometimes it will bump up to 12mbps.&nbsp;I am lost on next steps.&nbsp; Do a factory reset?&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

If so, you can try a factory reset and see if it helps
