NETGEAR R6300v2 for facebook wifi did you drop it? but are still selling it as if it does the job?
I see everyperson complaining about the same thing, but no solution! I am under impression that Netgear has dropped support fo this router, but is not saying anyting to the public... so we keep buyi...

What was the response you got ? I am trying to achieve the same thing. Facebook wifi on NETGEAR Router R6300v2. I have the latest firmware V1.0.4.6_10.0.76. And when I go to the advanced tab, there is no facebook tab. I have told my customer that this is the router to do the job and now I have let them down.
Do they support Facebook anymore or not ? Any info you have is much appreciated

Sorry for the silence!
I was passed on to higher tech, I had to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA), then I was given a 'beta' file to try with no support for future (I guess until they confirm from several users that it works and release new firmware, or maybe it may never come to fruition). I had nothing to lose, so I accepted and it worked for me.
It may not work for you... but the reason (I guess) that no one comes back to say anything after receiving solution here is because of the NDA.
So I would say, keep pushing until you get something that works for you.
