Netgear router is redirecting back to routerlogin page

Hello Guys,

I got stuck with a serious issue. My router is redirecting many of the addresses to the routerlogin page and in some of the cases i am getting connection refused error.

Actually my connection require username and password, so i have provided the login info in router setup (routerlogin.net). now whenever i am trying to access any URL, either it's redirecting me back to router login page or throwing connection refused error. same settings was working from past 1 year and suddenly this drama started.

I am able to access the internet if i am connecting LAN wire directly to my system with the same username and password.

I reset the router to factory setting many times but didn't resolve the issue. Please help me if anyone knows the solution.

Thanks in advance,

Shoeb

      Hello ElaineM

      Thanks for your quick response.

I followed the exact steps mentioned on this post on Internet Explorer after connecting my system with Ethernet cable to the router, but when i tried to access www.routerlogin.com/CA_HiddenPage.htm it's not showing me anything. only a blank page is appearing here.

I rebooted router as well as my system several times and also tried to access 192.168.1.1/CA_HiddenPage.htm but no luck.

I am using Netgear N150-JNR1010V2 wireless router and firmware version is V1.1.0.32_1.0.1

      Thanks,

      Shoeb
