Nighthawk AC1900 R7000 Wired Port not working
Hi
I purchased the Nighthawk AC1900 R7000 today and seemed to install OK on wireless and the required lights on and everything saying that the Internet connection was good.
However when I tried it on my wired connection (Apple desktop pro) I am not getting any connection through browser or email.
I think that I have tried everything but any suggestions most welcome.
Try a hard reset of the router by pressing the reset button with a paper clip for 30 seconds. It will be back to default settings see if the ports work. If not maybe you have a defective router. Since you just bought it maybe you can get it exchanged for another.
