No internet connection - WNDR3700v2

It seems that the router is attempting to get a connection from the Internet. To determine the next step, you need to access the router's GUI and check the WAN Settings.
Using a computer wired to the router, access routerlogin.com. Username is "admin" and the password is "password". Internet connection is not needed since this is just how you get into the GUI. Under Router Status check the IP address under Internet Port. If there's none, you need to reconfigure the router to re-establish the Internet connection. You may follow the steps from the link below to do so.

Now that you have Internet connection, I suggest checking for an updated firmware by doing the same steps provided by ElaineM. This is to prevent the problem from happening again.
