No internet connection

I bought a new net gear AC1750 model R6350. I hooked everything up as directed. But I’m only getting two green led lights and no internet signal l. How do I fix this?

       Ok.  Why?  New installation?  Replacement for some gizmo in a
    previously working arrangement?  Addition to some previously working
    arrangement?  Other?

       What, exactly, did you hook up to what, exactly?  (Hint: If a device
    has different types of Ethernet ports, then "connected to device" is not
    enough detail.)  "as directed" by what/whom?  Is there some kind of
    modem involved?  What is _it_ doing?

       Do you think that the _number_ of lights is the most important fact
    here?

     

       Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look
    for Documentation.  Get the User Manual (at least).  Read.  Look for the
    LED descriptions and "Troubleshoot"? Further reading might not hurt,
    either.
