Only one satellite pink

I have an RBR20 and 2 RBS20 satellites that came with it and one RBS20 satellite I purchased separate and added on later when we moved and needed the extra coverage. All of a sudden the extra satellite stopped working and is pink but the other 2 are green and working properly. I’ve rebooted the entire router as well as restarted the one satellite that wont work multiple times. Anyone dealt with this? I need it fixed ASAP as this satellite is to my work computer. Please help!!
