Port forwarding w/port translation on V7610 not working

Hello we added port forwarding but it doesnt seem to work. 

Cannot access the public ip of the router (ex. https://1.2.3.4:123456 ) we can access the internal ip (ex. https://192.168.0.0:123456

Is there any way to fix i contact Telstra but they didnt help. Thanks alot!

    What device are you talking about?

     

    Netgear doesn't make anything called a "V7610" that I can find.

        You'll need to contact Telstra for help and information regarding that. Some ISP go in with router mfrs for specific builds of products which NH provides the HW, the ISPs do there own development, testing and support. Telstra will have what you need.
