Powerline 1200 ethernet connection
My powerline 1200 shows a green light when indicating the ethernet speeds when my computer that it is not on. However, when I turn my computer the light goes staight to red. My download speeds are well below 1GB per second when my router can run 240GB per second and my console gets 120GB per second if not more. I have also tried moving my computer up stairs for a check to see if its just my router and it is not. I do not know what to do now.

Thank you for reaching out. We are sorry to hear about your experience with the product. What is your subscribes internet speed from your internet provider? What is the speed that you are getting when connected wired to the router? What is the speed that you are getting when connected to the PL1200 powerline adapter? How far is the 2nd powerline adapter to the router? Was it working before?
