R6100 Cannot connect with my Kindle

I disconnected everything a few weeks ago to rearrange home office area and everything works fine but my Kindle.  When I enter the network SSID I’m also given 5 options for Security (Open is default)...

    Hi Suzie-q,

It is possible that the router WiFi is off or not broadcasting. If the wireless light (third from the left) on the front panel of the router is not lit then you can press the WiFi on/off button located on the right side. That's the top button. Make sure that the wireless light is lit blue. Once it is lit, you can check on your Kindle to see if it is picking up the WiFi name. If it is, just connect to it using the WiFi password.

    Regards,
