Have to replace 3 yr. old Net Gear, I'll DEFINITELY not be replacing with this brand!

If you want to be an a--hole about it sure. Or you could think of it similar to how a stranger pulls over when you're stranded on the road to help. They're not mechanics or paid. They're just people wanting to help others.
