R6220 - Does NOT support IPv6
Before purchased R6220, I have checked support web site (http://kb.netgear.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/19308/~/ipv6-compatibility-on-netgear-routers) shows that it does support IPv6 on the latest firmware, but now I got it and I can NOT find any of IPv6 setting in web GUI on the lastest firmware (1.1.0.31).
Is that not 'the latest firmware' or the position of IPv6 setting is different from the other Netgear router so I can not find it?
Hi all,
Please update the router to the latest firmware version (1.1.0.50).

Dexter

- At least updated firmware is being worked on...
- PrezsleyGuideThere is a new update coming? Or it has been released? I'm not showing an update yet.
- No. They are dragging their feet on this. Netgear is a brand that can't deliver
- I have scripts and code to test and it I need to verify that it works on a native ipv6 system. Tunneling systems provide some incite but isn't good enough for testing production code.constantly taking the whole network down and plugging straight into the modem isn't an efficient option either. Release the damn firmware update.

Hi all,
The update from engineering stated that the official firmware release will be on Q3. However, a beta firmware that supports IPv6 is available. You may send me a message if you are willing to use it.

Today I installed Mint 18 beta on 2 machines. The wired connection on both ceased functioning. They were functioning fine with Ubuntu 16.04 and Mint 17.3. Spent quite a bit of time slamming head against desk. Finally I found the cause. The default wired connection with Mint 18 is IPV6. Those machines can no longer connect to my network.
We need the IPV6 support which was in the sales literature as "already exists"
