r6220 ac1200 problem changing username and password. hit enter and nothing happens
netgear50 r6220 ac1200
can't change username and password.
put in new username and password , hit Enter and nothing happens
I watched the video but it doesn't work

Are you talking in the app?
Where are you changing it?
If its changing it to log into the router, the login name can't be changed. Its default is admin
And the password has to meet the 4x requirements. Are you meeting them?
ill try the app, although its a dell laptop

Visit the support pages:
Support | NETGEAR
Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.
That page will also have any software, firmware and drivers for your device.
