Hi Jbrees,
These are dropped packets/traffic.
1. What is the firmware version of the router?
2. Please try connecting straight to the ISP's modem to confirm if the connection is stable.
3. Are you referring to logging in to the router's web UI?
4. Have you tried resetting the router?
5. Are all devices affected (wired and wireless)?

It seems to have trouble while directly connected as well.
Yes we reset the router. Multiple time.
Mainly wireless but we do not have many wired devices setup so hard to tell.
