It seems to have trouble while directly connected as well.
Yes we reset the router. Multiple time.
Mainly wireless but we do not have many wired devices setup so hard to tell.

If the connection is not stable even when connected straight to the modem then we advise contacting your Internet Service Provider and have them check your connection.
