R6220 Router disconnects ALL THE TIME

At least once a day, usually more, I will completely lose internet connection on all devices on my network, whether they are hard-wired or wireless.  If I turn my router off, then on again, everything re-connects again  until the next time, at which point I have to reset the router yet again.

  • Genie says I have the latest firmware (v1.1.0.34)
  • I am running Windows 10 on the primary system (Alienware Aurora R5)
  • I have upwards of 15 devices connected to this network (computers, phones, tablets, Wii, DVR, printer and a Netgear Wireless extender (WN2500RP)
  • It doesn't matter if I am connected hard-wired, or on the 2.4GHz or 5.0GHz band.  EVERYTHING disconnects at once.
  • I checked for channel interference and Genie says I'm good.  My 2.4GHz network is shared with only one other network.  My 5.0GHz is the only one on that channel.
  • I have brand-new Gigabit Ethernet cables throughout the entire network.
  • My Internet modem never loses signal and I get a constant signal from my ISP
  • The issue is with my router.

Please help!
