R6230 attached devices confusion

There are a few things that I am confused about.

In my R6230 web interface, I went into the attached devices list.

First...

I blocked a device, and have even restarted the router since then.

The device shows as blocked, but it is not in the list of devices that are blocked and no longer connected.

Second...

There is a single mac address with 2 different lan ip addresses.

Third...

The 2 aforementioned devices show as having the same ip address, one wired, one wireless.

What can be done to update all this information?

Why is the blocked device still not in the list of devices which are blocked and no longer connected?

Why does 1 mac address have multiple ip addresses and what can be done to remedy it?
