R6250 missing vlan support

Hi Guys,

 

Are there any chance to get r6250 to support vlan in near update ?

 

The specs of this router is great, good speed - memory usb 3.0 support everything is cool. But i miss a lot vlan support.

My optical fiber connection request vlan 10 for ppoe and vlan 20 for iptv.

 

Already tried custom fw ( like dd-wrt and tomato that adds vlan) but the performance is not good as original ( usb share and other things ) and wifi speed is far from it ...

 

Btw, the sourcecode for the firmware is either offline or not available.

 

Please add vlan support ASAP ( r6250, v6300 v1 and v2 ) are missing it.

    As of this writing, VLAN/Bridge Group is now supported on the latest firmware of R6250.

    Hi ygoralmeida,

     

    As it stands, VLAN tagging is not in the pipeline for future firmware updates for the routers that you have specified. However, I will make an inquiry to Engineering and update this post as soon as I get a response.
