R6300 as a WAP using the C7000 Cable Modem/Router
I recently upgraded to the C7000 Cable Modem / WiFi Router and want to use the R6300 WiFi router I replaced as a WAP. I am having trouble setting this up and logging into the R6300 to configure it as a WAP.
Can anyone provide step by step instructions? I am wondering since it is an Modem / Router combo if this is causing the issue logging into the R6300.
Do I have to go into the C7000 and Disable the Router (if possible) to connect the R6300 to it?
Also, since there is no WAN on the C7000 will one of the LAN ports work for configuring the C6300?
Thanks.

Do you have a R6300 or a C6300? Your post mentioned both. If you have an R6300, then you can enable AP mode in ADVANCED > Wireless AP. The onscreen instructions should be self-explanatory.
