R6300 Need to find a WAN plug surround
The plug surround for the single WAN RJ45 plug has gone missing. It detached from the inside of the router. Now I cannot plug the male internet service plug into the router. Any suggestions? I at...

Hi shwtibby,
If the device is already out of the hardware warranty period then a replacement will not be an option. You can find female Ethernet connectors but replacing it will be quite difficult.

Spoke with Netgear Customer support today and they have no ability to source parts for the R6300. I just need the small 'snap-in' support surround for the WAN internet input plug in the back - anyone?
If this the part you want I can drop in the mail for you just leave your address or post box in a pm easy to remove if you access to smd mount rework station and the smd paste solder and you the needed soldering skills it is yours if you want it. One rj45 jack out of a old dsl modem.
